Are you an HCPC-registered Paramedic looking to step away from shift work and blue-light pressures, while still using your clinical judgement and broad emergency-care experience every day? Gaia Recruitment is recruiting experienced Paramedics into permanent, hybrid PIP assessment roles in London, working with one of the DWP's health assessment providers. You'll carry out assessments for people applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP), using your clinical judgement to produce clear, evidence-based reports on how their health conditions affect daily living and mobility. The role is hybrid, combining home-based telephone and video assessments with face-to-face assessments at a London assessment centre. This is a genuine career move for paramedics who want a better work–life balance, structured training and a competitive salary – with an additional bonus of up to 10% on top.
