We are seeking experienced HCPC-registered Paramedics across the UK to join our national team of Functional Assessors. This role is ideal for Paramedics who are looking for more predictable hours, a supportive clinical environment, and opportunities for career development while continuing to use their clinical expertise in a meaningful way.
You will receive full training and ongoing support, so no previous Functional Assessor experience is required.

- Competitive salary: £37,500 - £49,934 (location-dependent)
- Hybrid working, with a blend of centre-based assessments and home-based reporting
- Structured salary increases: £1,000 uplift at 6 months, £1,000 uplift at 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

You'll Need:
- Be an HCPC-registered Paramedic
- Have at least 1 year of post-registration UK experience
- Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and sound clinical judgement
- Be comfortable working with digital systems in a hybrid setting
