Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Functional Assessor (Full-Time, UK-Wide)

Salary: £37,500 - £49,934 (dependent on location)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Working pattern: Hybrid (on-site + home-based)

Experience: Minimum 1 year UK practice as an NMC-registered Mental Health Nurse

About the Role

We are recruiting experienced NMC-registered Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) across the UK to join our nationwide team of Functional Assessors. This is an excellent opportunity for RMNs seeking predictable daytime hours, a more structured working environment, and clear professional development while continuing to use their clinical expertise in a meaningful and impactful way. Full training is provided, and no prior Functional Assessor experience is required.

What Youll Need

  • Be an NMC-registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
