About the Role
We are recruiting Physiotherapists across the UK to train and work as Functional Assessors, supporting the delivery of high-quality health assessments that contribute to important public services. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking a more structured working pattern, improved work-life balance, and clear career progression.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will use your clinical expertise to assess individuals' functional abilities through a combination of clinical observations, evidence reviews, and structured consultations. Full training is provided, and previous Functional Assessor experience is not required.

About You
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
- Have a minimum of 1 year's post-registration experience working as a Physiotherapist in the UK
- Possess strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Be comfortable working with technology in a hybrid environment
- Have a patient-centred approach with high professional standards
