As the Site Manager you will oversee a Residential contract working on planned works primarily external Refurbs, EWI, Doors, Windows.
Key Responsibilities
- The Site Manager will manage the delivery of Planned works, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Oversee planned works programmes, with a focus on EWI, Windows, Doors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Conduct site inspections, and client meetings to maintain service levels.

- Proven experience in Site Management within construction or social housing.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000. Vehicle / Fuel card provided or Travel allowance provided. 31 Days paid holiday.
