We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer. Ideally, you will have experience working as an RLO on an external refurbishment contract, including windows, doors, and EWI.

The Resident Liaison Officer must be personable, professional, and able to communicate effectively at all levels. A good working knowledge of basic IT applications, especially Word and Outlook, is essential.

Essential:

  • Proven experience working as a resident liaison officer for a recognised contractor on a housing refurbishment scheme.
  • Proficient in the use of IT applications, such as Word and Outlook.

Main Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents.
  • Ensure residents are kept informed of the progress and inform them of changes via letters and visits.
  • Manage residents’ expectations and concerns.
  • Responsible for managing and resolving difficulties and complaints regarding the works by liaising with all parties.
  • Ensure disruption to tenants is kept to a minimum.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience. Van & Fuel card provided or a travel allowance. 31 days paid holiday.
