A lovely family based between Monaco, London and South Africa is seeking a second Norland trained rota nanny to care for their little girl, who turns three in April 2026. The family splits their time between London, Monaco (their primary base for approximately four months of the year) and South Africa during the winter.
The family have always used Norland trained professionals, from maternity nurses to their current rota nannies. A smooth handover process and excellent communication between both nannies is fundamental. The family value consistency; their daughter has had a clear routine and structure from day one, and it is essential that this is maintained and upheld across both halves of the rota.
The household is a loving, relaxed and calm environment, and they are looking for a nanny who will fit seamlessly into the team. The role is a mix of sole charge and shared care. With housekeepers and a chef in the household, the nanny's focus is entirely on the child. She is a bright, sociable little girl, and the family are looking for someone who brings real warmth, fun and creativity to her days whilst maintaining the kind of calm authority she responds well to. Boundaries and structure should feel natural and effortless, rather than rigid.
Nursery duties include all aspects of the child's daily physical care, preparing well-balanced meals, keeping her spaces organised and tidy, and planning and supervising age-appropriate activities and outings that support her development.
Requirements:
- Norland trained
- Experience working with children of a similar age
- Valid enhanced DBS certificate
- Up to date paediatric first aid certificate
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally within on-duty weeks
