A family based in SW7 are looking for a nanny to join their household in a sole charge capacity. This is a long-term, live-out position caring for two girls (6yrs & 4yrs) and a baby boy (9 months, in nursery full-time from 8:30 am–6:30 pm). The role is Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm, with flexibility for longer hours if the nanny is open to this.

The hours prior to school pick-up are used to manage all child-related admin and nursery duties, including preparing meals, organising uniforms, managing schedules, and ensuring the children's lives run smoothly. The candidate will be confident in supporting with homework, naturally organised, and capable of juggling after-school routines with ease.

The family describe their nanny as an extension of the parenting team. They offer a respectful, collaborative environment where the nanny is valued and trusted, not micromanaged. Their previous nanny is happy to speak with candidates to share insight into the role and family dynamic.

While there is a housekeeper within the home, the family appreciate someone who is hands-on and proactive, happy to step in where needed and take initiative in maintaining a well-run household. The home is busy but loving, with an emphasis on good manners, kindness, and a calm, no drama approach to childcare.

They have a holiday home in Suffolk, where they spend a week during the summer and would love the nanny to join them. Occasional international travel may be offered, but it is entirely optional. The candidate will be self-sufficient, emotionally intelligent, and grounded, someone who can confidently guide the children while creating a calm and happy environment.

The family live opposite the girls' school, and everything is within a short walking distance, so no driving is required. They are keen to offer support in professional development and offer a CPD budget for further training. Experience within a nursery setting would be highly valued.
