About the job Live-in Nanny – Northamptonshire
Role: Live-in Nanny (also open to live out)
Location: Sudborough, Northamptonshire
Accommodation: Separate Annex
A lovely family based in Sudborough (NN14) are seeking a kind, reliable and proactive nanny to join them on a full-time basis.
They are looking for a nanny to care for their baby, who will be 4 months old at the start of the position. This is a sole charge role, and the family would love to find someone experienced with babies who can support their little ones early milestones and provide a calm, structured and nurturing environment.
The role will run Monday -Friday , starting between 6 – 8am and finishing around 5pm .
The family works within their own business, spending a mix of time at home and away, so while you’ll have full autonomy day to day, you’ll also be occasionally overlapping with parents around the house.
The family are seeking a nanny who brings a balance of experience, reliability and punctuality, with a calm, level-headed approach. Someone who is active and traditionally minded in their childcare style, confident in supporting daily routines, weaning and age-appropriate play. As driving will be required, the nanny should also be a safe and confident driver with at least 3-4 years experience.
Additional support around the home such as light household duties related to the baby, preparing simple meals, and occasional help with laundry, would be appreciated. The family also has two friendly dogs (a Jack Russell and a young Labrador), so you should be comfortable around pets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nanny looking for a long-term position with a warm, welcoming family.
