Role: Full Time Live-Out or Live-in
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £45,000–£60,000 gross per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week
Start Date: September
A family moving to Hertfordshire from London are seeking a full-time nanny to join their household on either a live-in or live-out basis. The role is offered on a long-term basis, with flexibility depending on accommodation preference. The family have three young children: a baby girl aged 5 months, a 2-year-old girl, and a 3.5-year-old boy who attends pre-school five days per week (two mornings and three full days until 3pm). This is a sole-charge position in a busy household, requiring a nanny who is confident managing multiple ages and stages simultaneously.
The family are looking for someone super organised, as the role involves managing activities, playdates, drop-offs and pick-ups etc. The successful candidate must be able to keep everything running smoothly and confidently juggle competing schedules. Experience with multiples is essential, along with a genuine love of nannying and early years knowledge.
The nanny will be responsible for creating structured, engaging days, supporting developmental milestones, preparing nutritious meals for the children, and maintaining clear routines and boundaries within a nurturing environment. The family value good manners, independence, curiosity and outdoor time, and would welcome a nanny who enjoys planning age-appropriate activities. A driver would be helpful but is not essential. Travel is not required, though flexibility to travel would be considered a bonus. The family are looking to relocate during the summer and are looking for someone to start end of summer or September time.
