A lovelyfamily in West London are looking for a wonderful and reliable nanny to support their 21-month-old little boy and newborn daughter.

The day begins at 9am each morning, as their toddler wakes at 8am and has a relaxed start to the day. The nanny will take the lead on a smooth morning routine and then head out to local activities. The area offers playgroups, Little Gym, music classes, and Ravenscourt Park just a short walk away. The little boy is bright, articulate and curious, and they are looking for someone who can nurture his development through conversation, gentle learning opportunities and daily adventures.

Healthy eating is important to the family, and they would love their nanny to cook simple, fresh meals and maintain his interest in good food. After lunch at home, he enjoys a long nap, followed by afternoons outdoors or time in his well equipped playroom. Supper is at 5.30pm, followed by bath and a handover to parents between 6.15pm and 6.45pm.

Responsibilities include general nursery duties for the children, including their laundry, keeping spaces organised and maintaining a tidy playroom at the end of the day. A cleaner attends twice weekly for the broader household tasks.

Driving is not required due to the family\’s central location, though the nanny can be added to the insurance if useful.

Both parents work from home and although mum will primarily be with the newborn to begin with, they would like the nanny to be in charge of the toddlers day, with more time taking care of the two children as time goes on.

The position is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract, with the family planning an overseas move and period of travel from January 2027.

They are looking for a reliable, proactive nanny, someone who plans ahead, communicates well, enjoys a busy toddlers energy, and brings a warm, grounded presence to the household.
