A family is seeking an experienced and dedicated Norland nanny to care for their two young children. The current Norland nanny has been with the family for three years and is leaving on excellent terms. The young boy attends nursery from 9 am to 12 pm each weekday and will gradually increase hours toward reception. The daughter is active and curious, participating in music, gymnastics, and swimming classes. Her activities will be adjusted in September to better suit her development, with a possible nursery start in early 2027. The family frequently travels to a country house over weekends, employing a weekend nanny. Fractions of the contract allow early Friday finishes and later Monday starts, especially during summer. Flexibility is appreciated; the nanny must remain available to work contracted hours when required, including occasional babysitting.
Responsibilities
The role will combine sole charge and shared care, depending on the family’s schedule. The family employs a full‑time housekeeper; the nanny’s responsibilities focus on standard nursery duties: keeping the children’s areas organized, preparing healthy and nutritious meals, supporting learning and development, and planning engaging, age‑appropriate activities.
Travel
The family enjoys traveling to Europe (Spain, Switzerland), Canada, and Costa Rica, and loves a nanny who is happy to accompany them on trips. Flexibility for travel, split between weekday and weekend duties, is expected.

The home is a walking distance from Holland Park and Hyde Park; no driver is required, and taxis are readily available when needed.
