Our solutions cater to companies of all sizes, transporting temperature-sensitive goods for chill, freeze, and heat applications in insulated single or multi-compartment vehicles. All systems are made using state-of-the-art 3D CAD technology and manufactured in-house, ensuring innovative and customized solutions for cold chain distribution needs. This is a full-time remote role for a Transport Refrigeration Engineer. The Transport Refrigeration Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems in various vehicle types, from single refrigerated vans to an entire fleet. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing on-site troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role also requires providing excellent customer service and completing detailed service reports promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, installation techniques, maintenance, and repair processes
- Technical competency in fault diagnosis, system servicing, and the ability to use specialized tools and equipment
- Prior experience with cold chain distribution or similar temperature-sensitive transport solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical decision-making abilities
- Customer service skills, including professional communication and a commitment to addressing client needs promptly
- Awareness of and adherence to safety and environmental regulations
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in refrigeration, electrical, or mechanical engineering
