Role Description: We are looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join GagaMuller and support the delivery of a 210MW hyperscale data centre campus in London. You will work alongside experienced, diverse, and highly driven teams, playing a key role in the commercial management and successful delivery of a major mission-critical development. The Opportunity: GagaMuller is supporting the delivery of a major 210MW hyperscale data centre campus in London. Acting on behalf of the client, the Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will provide commercial leadership and cost management oversight across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and associated Building Services work packages throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with the Client, Project Managers, Contractors, Design Teams, Construction Teams, Commissioning Teams, and the wider PMC team, you will be responsible for managing project costs, valuations, change control, contractor commercial performance, procurement activities, and final account settlements, while ensuring commercial governance and reporting requirements are consistently achieved.
This role will play a key part in protecting project value, supporting informed commercial decision-making, managing commercial risk, and ensuring the successful delivery of a complex, high-value mission critical development. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of key MEP commercial workstreams on one of London's major data centre programmes while working alongside leading industry professionals across the project.
