About the role: We are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager who will take on responsibility for leading a team of quality controllers within our facility. The primary focus of the role will be to ensure that all products achieve the highest standards of food safety and meet a wide range of customer specifications. This is a hands-on role, where your presence within the factory will ensure we continue to drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that the customer is always front and centre in our minds.
You will need to have worked in a similar manufacturing environment and have at least 3 years' experience managing a team.
