Role Description
The Marketing Intern role is an internship position based in Glasgow, with a 80% remote working arrangement that allows some tasks to be completed from home.
On a day-to-day basis, the intern will support the planning and promotion of events, assist with social media content creation, and help execute marketing campaigns aimed at university students and the growth of the company.
Responsibilities include conducting basic market research on student preferences, engaging with students online and in person to promote events, and contributing ideas for marketing strategies and campaign themes.
The role will also include general to help maintain brand consistency across platforms, and collaborate with the wider team to ensure events are well-attended and effectively communicated.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with students, respond to inquiries, and represent the brand professionally.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to understand student interests, trends, and feedback for continuous improvement of events and content.
- Foundational knowledge or interest in Marketing Strategy and Sales to support campaign planning, promotions, and ticket or service uptake.
