Role Highlights

Join us as an HR Coordinator based in our Inverness office and play a key role in supporting our people and managers across the full employee lifecycle.

You'll deliver trusted HR guidance, coordinate payroll, ensure compliance and confidentiality, and help foster a positive, values-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to line managers who are the first point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, supporting HR initiatives and acting as a trusted advocate of the company’s Core Values.

You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function based on the company’s People HR Platform by delivering a broad range of HR support across the employee lifecycle.

This role is also responsible for managing the Group payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, company policies and regulations.

  • Proven experience within an HR function.
  • Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of legal requirements within and HR environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Commitment to accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
  • Have outstanding interpersonal skills with people at all levels within a business
  • Up to date knowledge of recruitment, best practice staff retention methods.
  • Strong drafting skills with proven ability to draft policies, procedures and reports.
  • Experience with the payroll system SAGE.
  • Experience in scoping of Learning & Development plans.
  • Experience of working in a similar role in a similar sized private business.
