GAC UK are looking for an Administration Assistant to join the Global Offshore Agency Services (GOAS) team in Aberdeen. GAC UK employs over 300 experts across more than 25 offices covering all of the UK, Ireland and Gibraltar. We deliver a wide range of integrated shipping, logistics and marine services to the energy and shipping industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with chasing weekly WIP report and supporting team allocations
- Assist GOAS team with data input and management of the Customer Position Lists and KPI tracking
- Support the handling of invoices from third party suppliers to ensure they are promptly reviewed and presented to customer
- Daily liaison with team members to discuss work loads and requirements to support
- Support GOAS team with preparation of Appointment Documents
- Support with updating key documents/processes
- Ensure internal systems are updated with relevant information and data
Job Requirements:
- Industry experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Previous administration experience desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office products
- Strong attention to detail
