We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to be based at our Aberdeen office.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Liaising with logistics colleagues and Warehouse to ensure client requirements are met and in place.
- To ensure all invoicing is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensuring accurate information is provided to our clients regarding their material and shipments.
- Problem solving & critical thinking to optimise service delivery and maximise margins.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Ability to produce and maintain accurate documents.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products.
- A network of own contacts and preferred suppliers.
- A desire to improve services offered to customers by analysing performance and reviewing suppliers.
- Experience working to tight deadlines and effective time management.
- Experience & knowledge of the oil and gas industry (preferred but not essential).
