Operations Supervisor – Eastham

Operations Supervisor in Eastham. Join our team to manage day‑to‑day maritime and terminal service operations, ensuring safe, efficient and customer‑focused delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, delegating tasks and managing priorities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage staffing levels through effective rostering and workforce planning to meet operational demands.
  • Train and develop team members to achieve high performance and meet operational objectives.
  • Complete site training to enable operational cover when required.
  • Maintain safe and compliant operations through audits, competency checks and risk assessments.
  • Act as a key customer contact and contribute to business development activities to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years service within marine and terminal services related work.
  • OOW and STCW qualifications are desirable but not essential.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely and Appointed Person certification is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrates the ability to adapt to changing environments and effectively prioritise workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team.
