About the Role

As an HLTA in this Bradford-based Resourced Provision, you will play a pivotal role in re-engaging students with their education. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions, manage classroom behaviour, and occasionally lead small groups or whole classes in the absence of the teacher. Your goal will be to build professional, trusting relationships with students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and develop vital life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
