We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join a growing team. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of their client work, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from initial idea through to execution. You’ll work closely with the Account Director, the Founder, and their creative teams to bring inspiring ideas to life and deliver experiences that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct insight and inspiration research to support creative development.
- Support in crafting compelling client presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
- Coordinate the production and planning of brand experience events and activations.
- Act as a key contact for clients – attending calls, meetings, and presentations with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate across creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.
- Stay on top of multiple moving parts across varied projects, bringing structure, organisation, and focus.
