A small but mighty creative agency making serious waves is looking for an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (3–5 years’ experience) to join their team.
This role sits at the sweet spot of experiential brand experiences but also ideally experience in consumer branding, maybe identity & packaging design. Clients are premium to luxury across beauty, lifestyle, retail and drinks. The work is tasteful, crafted, on-trend – and culturally sharp.
This is not a role for a shy person; you need to be on it like a bonnet, client facing, it’s a small creative agency so you are very visible.
You’ll be:
- Leading client relationships end-to-end with full support from the MD and Account Director
- Managing projects across brand experience, branding, and maybe packaging design
- Working closely with creatives on mood boards, decks and pitches
- Writing and presenting confident, compelling presentations
- Keeping projects tight on timings, budgets and production
You’ll bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a creative agency (Account or Senior AM level)
- Strong project management + client services skills
- A great eye, cultural awareness, and a feel for youth culture & trends
- Confidence presenting and shaping ideas with clients
- Experience in premium consumer / FMCG branding and brand experience
