Project Manager with strong client services skills needed for a growing 25‑strong design agency specialising in branded environments, experiences, and product innovation. Based in beautiful studios in the heart of Fitzrovia, London, this agency serves as creative partners to some of the world\’s most recognised and prestigious brands, delivering design expertise for retail interiors, exhibitions, events, and immersive brand worlds.

Business is booming and the agency is expanding, requiring a switched‑on, organised Project Manager to assist with a branded environments project. You will co‑collaborate with famous lifestyle, music, and retail brands, overseeing innovative brand partnerships in the environments world.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the roll‑out of a luxury brand across different locations in Europe and London. Plan, budget, schedule, and track the project life cycle, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines and deadlines, and maintain commercial oversight throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a similar role within a brand experience agency
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multi‑task and an enduring commitment to timelines and deadlines
• A pragmatic, yet commercial approach to managing a project
• A passion for 3D brand environment, architectural visualisation, and exhibition & event design
