This independent, award-winning design agency (just moments from glorious Covent Garden) is on the lookout for an Account Manager with natural energy, curiosity and an ideas-first mindset. They’re a well-loved studio with a big reputation, working across branding, identity, packaging, innovation and brand comms & activation for some of the most recognisable names in beauty, youth health, personal care, snacks and drinks. No beige brands. No rinse-and-repeat projects. Ever.
THE AGENCY: Creatively led and strategically sharp, this is a place that genuinely understands the full consumer journey, from core brand positioning and identity, through packaging and product innovation, to activation, experiential and everything in between. Their work is smart, bold and culturally switched-on. A team of about 22 brilliant humans who care deeply about the work and their lives outside it. Hybrid working is real here — 2 days a week in the Covent Garden office, the rest wherever you do your best thinking.
THE ROLE:
- As Account Manager, you’ll be hands-on across the entire project lifecycle, partnering closely with clients and internal teams.
- Building brilliant client relationships
- Shaping briefs, proposals, scopes, timings and budgets
- Getting stuck into planning, research and creative brainstorms
- Helping steer projects from first idea to final delivery
You’ll be supported, mentored and encouraged to grow — this is very much a learn-fast, grow-with-us kind of place.

- You might have around a year in a creative agency, or closer to three years’ experience but what matters most is your energy, curiosity and ideas-led approach.
- You’re someone who loves consumer & FMCG brands
