Showroom and Sales Support

Join Gabriel and help shape our UK presence by creating an outstanding experience for every visitor to our London showroom.

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Showroom and Sales Support professional to be the welcoming face of Gabriel in our London showroom. You will play a key role in creating a positive atmosphere for visitors, supporting our sales team, and ensuring our showroom is a hub for engagement and inspiration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily showroom operations, keeping it presentable and inviting.
  • Organise and deliver showroom events and presentations.
  • Support the sales team with meeting arrangements, sample management, and lead follow-up.
  • Maintain the UK CRM system and handle customer correspondence.
  • Build relationships with preselected architects, designers, dealers, and key customers.
  • Manage sample inventory and coordinate logistics.

About you

You are relationship-focused, outgoing, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

As an organised and detail-oriented individual, you manage multiple tasks and events with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

You are self-motivated, take initiative, thrive on new challenges, and solve problems with a positive attitude.

Additional about you

  • Experience from a similar role, ideally within textiles, upholstery, or contract furniture.
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with MS Office, CRM systems, and social media.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

You will work from our London Showroom, reporting to the Sales Director, UK & Ireland, and collaborating closely with Gabriel’s UK sales team.
