Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Showroom and Sales Support professional to be the welcoming face of Gabriel in our London showroom. You will play a key role in creating a positive atmosphere for visitors, supporting our sales team, and ensuring our showroom is a hub for engagement and inspiration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations, keeping it presentable and inviting.
- Organise and deliver showroom events and presentations.
- Support the sales team with meeting arrangements, sample management, and lead follow-up.
- Maintain the UK CRM system and handle customer correspondence.
- Build relationships with preselected architects, designers, dealers, and key customers.
- Manage sample inventory and coordinate logistics.
About you
You are relationship-focused, outgoing, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. As an organised and detail-oriented individual, you manage multiple tasks and events with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You are self-motivated, take initiative, thrive on new challenges, and solve problems with a positive attitude.
Additional about you
- Experience from a similar role, ideally within textiles, upholstery, or contract furniture.
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with MS Office, CRM systems, and social media.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
You will work from our London Showroom, reporting to the Sales Director, UK & Ireland, and collaborating closely with Gabriel’s UK sales team.
