Spray Shop Manager Timber based products Doncaster / Scunthorpe Full time permanent Hours Monday – Thursday 8 am – 4.30 pm, Friday 8 am – 3.30 pm plus approx. 6 hours overtime per week at time and a quarter. Salary £27,300 – £32,175 negotiable paid weekly plus Overtime pay Closed 24th December until 2nd January. 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private cash/health plan Start asap Paint Sprayers and Spray Shop Manager required for very established manufacturing firm, commercial joinery the role is to maximise the throughput through the spray shop whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality, health and safety. To work as part of the production management team to continuously improve all operations, competence, processes, and procedures. To work closely with other departments to ensure effective and constructive communication. Previous experience with timber productions would be beneficial but not essential, training would be provided Sprayers and Sprayer Spray Shop Manager Managing prep team (2 staff and sanding machine) and 2 spray booths, 4 sprayers Order Review working closely with Factory Scheduler Ensure the highest levels of quality throughout, rejecting poor quality when necessary Training employees to diversify skills in department Training new employees in the spray shop Plan / organise spray shop workload in advance for each week
