Full time permanent
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 4.30 pm, Friday 8 am - 3.30 pm. Start earlier and finish later by 2 hours on occasions when very busy.
Salary: Good Negotiable. Overtime available.

The CNC operator helps to coordinate the department, maximising throughput, whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality, health and safety, working closely with team members and company management.
SCM CNCs working with new, top-quality machines. Required to help draw programmes and understand how drawings work.
To work as part of the CNC team to continuously improve all operations, competence, processes, and procedures. To work closely with other departments to ensure effective and constructive communication. Continuous Improvement is essential to minimise delays and increase efficiency.
Experience with wood and able to read production drawings advantageous.

- Corrective/Preventive action - work with all departments to report and prevent wasted/down time

- Ensure Health and Safety practices are observed
- Any other reasonable duties that might be needed from time to time to assist the company in attaining its business objectives.
