Paint Sprayer and Senior Paint Sprayer required for a very established manufacturing firm, commercial joinery. The role is working in the spray shop, spraying and preparing timber-based products whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality and health and safety.
Full time permanent hours: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 4.30 pm, Friday 8 am - 3.30 pm plus approx. 6 hours overtime per week at time and a quarter.
Salary: £27,300 - £32,175 negotiable, paid weekly plus overtime pay. Benefits include 25 days holiday + bank holidays and a private cash/health plan.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest levels of quality throughout, rejecting poor quality when necessary.
- Work with all departments.
- Ensure maintenance is carried out correctly and on time, ensuring they are clean and safe.
- Ensure Health and Safety practices are observed.
- Maintain spray shop and paint stores in line with permits, ensuring correct stock levels, using old stock before new, and disposing of out of date stock correctly.
- Any other reasonable duties that might be needed from time to time to assist the company in attaining its business objectives.
Previous experience with timber productions would be beneficial but not essential; training would be provided.
