Liaising with the joinery supervisor for day-to-day tasks, analysing technical drawings and production schedules to ensure accuracy and understanding of all works before undertaking tasks. Continuous improvement is essential to minimise delays and increase efficiency. Following and checking schedules are correct Helping to complete all joinery aspects of the business Reporting any issues to joinery supervisor Glazing doors Fitting ironmongery Squaring hinges Sanding timber doors General housekeeping Looking after and maintaining tools Working to increase efficiency of department Corrective/Preventive action work with all departments to report and prevent wasted/down time Ensure maintenance is carried out correctly and on time Ensure Health and Safety practices are observed Any other reasonable duties that might be needed from time to time to assist the company in attaining its business objectives.
