We have an opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the firm at Gabbitas Robins in our Private Client Department. We practice in the historic riverside market town of Marlow in Buckinghamshire.
We require at least two years’ post qualification experience and the key responsibilities will be: obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration and generally dealing with Estates; preparation and submission of IHT Returns; Wills and Estate Planning; Lasting Powers of Attorney; Trusts; and IHT Planning.
We will offer a competitive salary, depending on experience; workplace pension; and on-site parking.
