About the Role – Ideal candidate would have 1-2 years experience at the relevant level. Must be a fully qualified CA. You will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements for clients in a variety of industries. You will oversee audit teams, ensure compliance with auditing standards, deliver high-quality results, and provide strategic insights to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of audit processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage the full audit process from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance with applicable auditing standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit cycle.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding audit matters.
- Review and evaluate financial statements, internal controls, and risk management processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and identify areas for improvement in business operations.
- Manage the preparation of audit reports and ensure timely delivery of work products.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in audit standards, regulations, and industry trends to provide clients with best practices and up-to-date advice.
- Oversee the preparation of audit budgets and manage the audit team’s workload to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Fully qualified CA with 2+ years of post-qualified experience.
- 5+ years of experience in audit, with at least 2 years experience in a relevant role.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Experience with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
