We have a particular interest in candidates at Director level with sector experience including Natural Resources, Tech and Media, Consumer Markets, and Life Sciences looking for a move to Partner level. Note: Roles are hybrid, marked as remote to cover the UK as a whole as multiple positions/locations are being sought.

Position Overview: We are actively seeking ambitious and talented individuals at the Director or Salaried Partner level within the “Big 4” or similar renowned audit firms who are ready to make the leap to Equity Partner. This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced audit professionals who are seeking a faster track to partnership within a growing firm outside the confines of the traditional “Big 4” environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee audit engagements for clients within the Natural Resources, Tech and Media, Consumer Markets, or Life Sciences sectors, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key stakeholders.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the designated sectors.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to shape strategic objectives and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive audit experience within a reputable audit firm, with a focus on clients within the Natural Resources, Tech and Media, Consumer Markets, or Life Sciences sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading audit engagements, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships, with a keen business acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
