GA Valves is looking for a self-motivated Bilingual Office-Based Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on new business development, outbound calling, and building your own customer accounts. Spanish speaking is highly preferred. This position suits someone driven, organised, and passionate about exceeding targets while delivering an excellent level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to targeted B2B customers
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Prepare accurate quotations using a technical mindset
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up to convert quotes into orders
- Develop new business opportunities and grow your own accounts
- Support Spanish-speaking customers where required
- Maintain CRM, pipeline updates, and documentation
- Work closely with Procurement, Sales Admin and ESD to ensure smooth flow
- Handle customer issues professionally and proactively
