We specialise in Drylining, SFS, Ceilings, Rendering, Plastering, and Screeding – delivering high-quality interior fit-out solutions across commercial and residential projects. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, deliveries, and materials to keep workflows running smoothly
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve challenges and maintain high standards
• Oversee drylining activities with a focus on quality control and adherence to design

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Site Manager role within the construction industry
• Drylining experience or a strong understanding of drywall systems
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)
• First Aid at Work certification
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage time, people, and site logistics effectively
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset and commitment to high standards
