We’re looking for someone who can help turn live construction project intelligence into real commercial opportunities. This role is focused around proactive outbound calling using Barbour ABI and other live project data sources. You’ll be speaking with contractors, buyers, engineers and decision-makers, identifying opportunities early and helping build a strong pipeline for the business. This is not a scripted call-centre role. We want someone who can build genuine conversations, spot commercial opportunities, ask the right questions and develop relationships properly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively calling construction companies regarding live projects
- Qualifying opportunities and identifying key decision-makers
- Building and managing your own project pipeline
- Developing relationships with contractors, buyers and customers
- Working closely with the wider sales team to convert opportunities
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Following projects through key stages of the construction lifecycle
