ROLE OVERVIEW
As an SEO Specialist, you will support the SEO success of a portfolio of well-known brands, helping them grow their organic presence and performance. Working closely with SEO Managers and Leads, you will actively contribute to strategy execution, day-to-day SEO activities, and performance analysis across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with solid SEO foundations who wants to deepen their expertise and play an active role in delivering measurable results for clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- SEO Execution & Support: Support the execution of SEO strategies across small to medium-sized client accounts, under the guidance of SEO Managers and Leads. Analyse organic performance against client KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Conduct competitor research and content audits to uncover growth opportunities. Carry out keyword research and search demand analysis to support content and optimisation strategies. Identify on-page and content improvements to enhance visibility and improve search rankings. Apply SEO best practices to support content optimisation and AI/LLM visibility. Collaborate with Copywriters to support the creation and optimisation of high-performing content.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and SE Ranking. Prepare clear, data-driven reports using existing Excel and PowerPoint templates. Translate performance data into insights, recommendations, and next steps for internal teams and clients.
- Project Management: Collaborate with Project Leads to own SEO projects for various clients, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Develop, execute, and analyse SEO strategies in collaboration with Project Leads & the SEO Manager.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates on deliverables, tactics, and performance metrics to clients. Present monthly reports to your clients on performance. Attend regular SEO team meetings to share knowledge, brainstorm new ideas, and stay informed about industry updates. Communicate effectively with your team and other departments. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and new tools to ensure best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (C2 level)
- Experience & Skills: 2+ years of SEO experience with a strong passion for the field. Solid on-page SEO expertise. Excellent numerical, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities. Solid hands-on experience with: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, Social Media). Technical SEO knowledge. Previous experience in a digital agency environment.
