We are a long established IT consultancy firm based in Portishead and we have been offering consultancy and support services to companies using the Unit4 ERP (Agresso Business World) product for many years now. We are currently a Premier Partner of Unit4.
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant who must have a broad experience of Unit4 ERP (Agresso Business World). Experience of Unit4 PCB/Timesheets would be highly advantageous. You will be joining a long established, highly skilled, and highly acclaimed consultancy team who provide implementation services to a whole host of customers in a range of industry sectors who, between them use a broad range of Unit4 ERP products and associated, supporting software in their ERP solution.
Your role will be to understand requirements, advise on options and to implement solutions across the whole Unit4 ERP range. This could vary from simple reporting to an upgrade through to a full blown new implementation. You will also have the advantage of, at times being able to interact with our Application Managed Service helpdesk team who support our customers on a day to day basis.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience and proven track record with using the Unit4 ERP software
- A calm and professional manner and excellent communication skills when liaising with customers and colleagues
- An organised and dedicated work ethic
- The desire to be an integral member of a dedicated team and the ability to work both within a team but also to be able to manage your own time and tasks
- The confidence to seek advice and help from your colleagues
- The ability to quickly understand customer issues and record them in a clear and concise manner in order to then reflect that understanding back to both customers and colleagues
- The ability to approach troubleshooting an issue in a sensible and structured way
- An understanding of accountancy and also financial practices and procedures
- The knowledge of SQL or other generic technical skills would be an advantage
- Experience of different versions of the Unit4 ERP software would be an advantage
