Overview

An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel as a Night Receptionist. The hours are based on 12 shifts on a 4 days on 3 days off rota basis.

  • Responsible for night reception and lobby hosting ensuring a smooth guest experience at night.
  • Handle all aspects of the guest journey from check-in and check-out, rooming, and helping with luggage where necessary.
  • Greets all guests in a pleasant manner.
  • Handles cash payments and float in accordance with company standards.
  • Responds to all guest communication professionally ensuring personalisation and customisation to meet high service excellence.
  • Assists with daily completion of administration tasks within the department.
  • Ensures that all guest needs and requirements are fulfilled and guests feel valued.
  • Promotes amenities and food and beverage outlets and arranges in‑house amenities as required.
  • Gathers information about guests to update our database for a truly personal service.
  • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

About You

  • Previous hotel reception experience is required, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
  • Experience with IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
