We are currently recruiting for a Reservations Specialist to join our Central Reservations Team at Edwardian Hotels London. An amazing opportunity has arisen to join Edwardian Hotels as a Reservations Agent. As Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of room reservations and other ancillary revenue to customers via the telephone, e-mail or other channels deemed appropriate by the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing customer service and sales skills to identify guest needs and make accurate reservations.
  • Ensuring information is accurately recorded in appropriate systems.
  • Providing excellent service delivery as determined by the company standards.
  • Being the guest advocate ensuring all guests’ needs from the initial booking to follow up.

About You:

  • Current reservations experience within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Natural tele sales ability including closing skills and tone of voice.
  • Ability to effectively listen and position hotels to meet guests' needs.
  • High level of hotel product and services knowledge.
  • Ability to generate revenue by all means available.
  • Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, including Opera.
