An amazing opportunity has arisen to join the Concierge team at The May Fair Hotel as a Door Person. The role of Door Person will be integral to the success of the Concierge team, as they will support and offer excellent concierge services to guests during their stay.

You will be responsible for assisting our guests with luggage, taxi bookings, reservations, and general enquiries. You will be the first and last impression from our guests, so providing a warm welcome and a heartfelt goodbye is a must.

About You

  • Current experience within a 5 Star hotel environment within London.
  • Local area knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
