An amazing opportunity to join our Front Of House team at The May Fair Hotel as a Receptionist. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guests, including check-in and check-out procedures and dealing with guest enquiries. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.
About You
- Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
- Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Salesforce and Review Pro.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
