G4S Fire & Security Systems (UK) is part of G4S Secure Solutions (UK), the UK’s largest private provider of security solutions. We now have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Tewkesbury site. The job holder is primarily responsible for acting as a coordination point between engineers, operational management, suppliers, the scheduling team and DWP to ensure the smooth delivery of Fire and Security service works within the UK. Administration support for larger Installation will also be required. The job holder will administer additional operational support as required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of operational team as well as providing support to regional engineers, Operational Management and the wider business as required. Please note this is a full time office based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with Management & Operations to ensure the smooth delivery of service to DWP
- Processing and coordination of information relating to DWP Installation package support
- Standard risk assessment paperwork
- Invoice Approvals Process
- Ad Hoc income
- General administration duties as necessary
- Customer and operational MI and reporting
- Regional engineer support (absence tracking / training records)
- Order Ad Hoc equipment
- Work closely with Operational Management on the DWP contract
- Liaise with customers for query resolution & provide updates
- Liaise with Customer Service for scheduling of engineers
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
- Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers
- Provide cover for other regions as required
