Overview
In this role you manage subcontractors on M&E construction sites, ensuring alignment with G4S procedures. You act as a liaison with stakeholders to assess performance and risks, supporting a smooth, compliant process. You will perform health and safety, progress, and quality audits with subcontractors, and assist site engineers and commissioning teams as needed. You develop site-specific risk assessments and method statements, and participate in progress and specialist subcontractor meetings. This position is pivotal to maintaining customer satisfaction and safe, efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with technical auditing and overall compliance programs
- Conduct health & safety audits with subcontractors
- Perform work progress audits and quality audits with subcontractors
- Support Project Engineers with site visits and Commissioning Engineers on-site when required
- Develop site-specific risk assessments and method statements
- Attend site progress and specialist subcontractor meetings as needed
- Carry out site audits on G4S engineering teams when required
- Comply with Company Health and Safety requirements
- Liaise with customers at site level to ensure satisfaction
- Respond to communications within an appropriate timeframe
Key requirements
- Experience on M&E construction sites
- Experience with Fire and Security Systems installation
- Knowledge of relevant British Standards for Fire Detection and Alarm, Refuge Alarm, Intruder, Access and CCTV systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy with AutoCad experience
- Experience managing electrical contractors and liaising with stakeholders
- Confident, professional, and team-oriented approach
- Full UK driving licence
