As an employee of G4S Cash Solutions, each role will have specific responsibilities for the identification, management and control of risk in order to safeguard the business, staff, customers, assets and reputation. Every G4S employee has a role to play in understanding and supporting the business in embedding effective risk management controls and assurance and will be integral to the effectiveness and success of G4S.

Reporting to the Special Services Manager, this is a critical, high-profile role acting as a hybrid of Key Account Support, Operational Compliance, and Crisis Management. The Special Services Executive serves as a vital operational driver for a portfolio generating £2m+ in annual revenue, servicing our most sensitive and prestigious clients, including Border Force, HMRC, and the Bank of England. The successful candidate will be a proactive "solution solver" capable of thinking outside the box to implement dynamic, short-notice solutions while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.

Main Purpose of Job
Working within Company procedural guidelines to ensure a high-quality service is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Work and Collaboration: Prepare monthly financial reports, budget, and revenue analysis. Define, agree, and deliver the strategy for a number of accounts, ensuring correct margins are met or action is taken where targets fall short.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain regular liaison with all appropriate client contacts and build business strategies to meet customer needs. Acquire market intelligence relating to potential client growth areas and competitors to drive new opportunities.
  • Expertise: Maintain detailed knowledge of Special Services clients, Contracts, Risk awareness of client requests, and the pricing matrix.
  • Best People: Act as a credible ambassador for G4S. Proactively gain industry knowledge to be recognised as an expert within the industry and within G4S.
  • Integrity: Work with professionalism, honesty, and integrity while maintaining confidentiality. Treat people fairly, with respect, impartiality, and consistency.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Develop and maintain honest and open internal and external relationships. Deputise for the Special Services Manager as and where required.
