G4S are looking for customer service focused individuals to join the team as Events Hospitality Stewards. This role plays a key part in delivering first class events and experiences to our guests in high-end hospitality suites, at world famous racecourses in Haydock and the North West. If you are enthusiastic, personable and have a passion for delivering the best possible guest experience, then this is the role for you!
As an Events Hospitality Steward you will play your part in making some of the world’s most prestigious horse racing events a first class experience, ensuring that they run in a safe, secure way, while playing a key role in the hospitality experience. You will be based in one of the hospitality suites to greet guests, you’ll be the fun, helpful and friendly face representing the event. From the moment our guests arrive, to when they leave, we want to make a positive impression and deliver the best event day experience for them. This role is vital for setting the tone for a positive experience in the racecourses high-end hospitality areas.

No experience is required as we’ll give you all the training you need. If you are passionate about events and want to work in one of the most exciting industries around then this could be the role for you.
Applicants holding their Level 2 in Spectator Safety (or above) are preferred but not essential, however you must be willing to go through the funded training once on board. You will just need to complete the following application form and one of our Recruiters will be in touch to discuss the next steps. Our recruitment and selection process will include an interview and screening to BS7858 standards. Given the nature of the industry, we do need to ask some questions for security and compliance purposes, but don’t worry - you will only need to complete them once.
