G4S Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will champion operational excellence across Soft Services, lead key compliance standards, step in as Deputy to the Regional Facilities Managers, and champion new ideas that boost team performance and elevate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Motivate and support Soft FM staff through active recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, ongoing development, and attendance management.
  • Training & Operational Standards: Drive the site Training Plan, share key learning materials across locations, maintain training logs, and keep Team Master Folders fully updated (Procedures, RAs, SSOWs, COSHH).
  • KPI & Performance Management: Ensure Soft FM KPIs consistently hit the mark, manage CAFM platforms—including monthly PPM audits and prompt task completion—and deliver monthly HR and CAFM stats.
  • Health, Safety & Environment: Lead H&S Committee Meetings, produce bi-monthly H&S updates, maintain COSHH registers, direct accident investigations, deliver Tool Box Talks (TBTs), and lead site safety tours.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Represent the team in monthly client performance meetings, manage actionable outcomes, and handle the complaints process with high-quality investigations.
  • Specialized Operational Support: Act as Deputy Fire Coordinator, direct day-to-day agency staff, and collaborate closely with the wider Account Team on key projects.

Essentials:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (access to a company vehicle provided for business needs)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Strong background in team leadership and staff management
  • Sharp minute-writing, report-writing, and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and natural influencing skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with CAFM software and management systems (Concept Evolution, Workforce, Kronos, SuccessFactors, Agency Software)
  • Knowledge of PFI contracts and operational relationships
  • IOSH Certification
