G4S have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Engineering Manager with strong customer service skills to join our team in Scotland. We are looking for someone who has previously spent time in the field, either install or service, and is familiar with the systems and products of the industry. This is a rewarding and fast-paced role and a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

What you will be doing

  • Growing the region's contractual service income (currently over £2.5m) through liaising with new and existing customers to expand service offerings
  • Managing engineering performance to make sure we attain 95% response targets to our customer base
  • Managing PPM performance, attaining 100% completion of scheduled works in line of deadlines
  • Managing first fix performance, looking for ways to improve on an already strong performance
  • General performance management of a team of 7 engineers (5 Service; 2 Installation) to ensure all G4S Values and processes are followed
  • Overseeing small works
  • Managing reactive billing and planned works to attain a monthly income in line with performance targets
