Responsibilities:
- A high standard of operational delivery, meeting or exceeding Bid pledges and GPA KPIs & SLAs.
- Complete compliance with GPA and Government requirements, especially security of information and security clearances, and 100% adherence to the G4S Government Contract Playbook.
- Delivery of Financial/Commercial budget, which will tie exactly to the contract margins as agreed in the Bid, ensuring that records are transparent and spending is controlled.
- Through close working relationships with the customers' representatives, influence gradual and positive change, augmenting the work carried out by GPA Security and Workplace Services.
- Identify, record, assimilate and present back to the client opportunities to improve security, reduce cost and other innovative ways of doing things.
- Ensure the team and the wider G4S is positioned to provide suitably cleared personnel to meet GPA contracted commitments and temporary requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Experience of managing customers and customer expectations.
- Management of contract KPI and SLAs.
- Accurate financial reporting and meeting contract value as sold.
- Experience of uncompromising security processes, and Government contracts/information.
- Experience in managing short-notice, large temporary work requests.
- Trade Union Negotiations.
